Preferably 2 to 3 days in advance. However, if we have vacancy, we might be able to cater for a more immediate booking date.

It usually takes about 4 to 5 hours to dry after cleaning. Ensure adequate ventilation to facilitate the drying process. Using a fan or running the air conditioner in "Dry Mode" would help to speed things up.

Can all of the stains be 100% removed?

It depends on factors such as the duration that the stain has been left untreated, the type of contaminants and the fabric of your upholstery. Our cleaning specialists will assess the stains and tackle them accordingly.

How often should i deep clean my upholstery furniture?

A good guide would be about every 6 months, depending on usage and dirt accumulation.
